[li]Lesser Drachen[/li]: A Small species of Drachen, never more than a foot tall when standing upright, and with a wing span of just over double it's body height. Unlike it's larger cousin, it cannot breathe fire.

[li]Giant Scorpion[/li]: These vicious creatures are not easy to tame, and are unpredictable even to experienced handlers. They weigh in at just over five pounds, and are about three feet long from stinger to claws. Their claws are powerful enough to cut through flesh, so be very careful around them.

Other Note-Worthy Creatuers
[li]Greater Drachen[/li]: Much like it's smaller cousin in appearance, but weighing in at almost 50 pounds, and standing almost four foot tall when at it's tallest height. These creatures are very dangerous and unpredictable, and can breathe fire as a form of self protection. They make their nests in high areas, usually in the tops of massive trees or high mountain peaks. They are not common though, so they shouldn't be much of an issue.
[li]Giant Scorpion[/li]: The same species that some people have learned to handle, they are unpredictable and dangerous creatures, with a large stinger at the end of their tail, and powerful claws. Their venom is not deadly, but it can give a nasty shock and cause minor paralysis. They tend to nest in groups, in tunnels under rocky areas.
[li]Gryphon[/li]: Half bird, half cat. These creatures are rather large, the largest weighing in at over 300 lbs, and having a wingspan of just over 15 feet. They tend to stay away from towns and villages, but are sometimes spotted in higher elevations or in deep forests. They are pretty wary creatures, and will usually run or fly away when they feel threatened, but are extremely dangerous when cornered.
[li]Unicorn[/li]: Small, white, deer-like creatures with a single horn that protrudes from their forehead. They are a peaceful creature with the unique ability to judge a person's inner self. If you are kind, they will be unafraid, but if you are corrupt or unjust, they will flee from your presence. They are only found in the deepest ancient forests, and roam either alone or in small family groups of up to four. Killing them is taboo. It is said that anyone who should kill such a pure creature would live a cursed life. In truth, it is because once killed, their body releases toxins that poison the attacker.(Codeword:Epic)
[li]Troll[/li]: Large, ugly creatures that live in remote locations, often surviving on fungus and whatever animals they can kill for food. They aren't the smartest of beasts, and often times resort to violence instead of trying to find out if something will hurt it or not. They aren't common, but they do tend to roam in mated pairs.
[li]Cave Harpy[/li]: Small humanoid creatures with a horrible attitude. They aren't smart, but they are very dangerous. They often attack unprovoked. With a maximum height of four foot, they are not the largest creatures, but they pack a powerful punch. Their bat-like wings can carry them swiftly off the ground, and they usually attack from the sky, diving at their prey with outstretched foot-claws.
[li]Eiken[/li]: Large beast with the antlers of a stag, fangs, claws, and hooves. It is a dangerous creature and will attack without any provocation. They can weigh up to 500 lbs, and stand 5 feet tall at the shoulder. Though they are mostly an herbavore, they will take advantage of any food they can find, including dead and rotting carcasses. They're rare, and tend to travel alone.
[li]Ice Giant[/li]: The ice giant is a stupid creature, huge in stature, weighing in at over 1500 lbs, and standing a whopping 16 feet tall. They're good at salvaging armor from other species, and have thick skin, which protects them further from attack. It is a good thing that they're usually peaceful, but will attack when provoked. They make their home in the highest peaks of the mountains, and rarely venture farther than the footills. They tend to travel in small groups of two to four.
[li]Ent[/li]: Ents are kind, nature loving creatures that like to spend their time caring for the forest. They will fight to protect it if they think nature has become unbalanced, and have minor elemental abilities, such as making plants grow quickly, and calling insects or animals to their aid if they should feel threatened. Though they do not speak, they are intelligent creatures. Finding one of these is considered good luck, but it is quite the daunting experience. They stand at nearly 12 feet tall at the shoulders. They are extremely rare, having only been sighted twice in the last fifty years.
