Out Of Character Rules

• Do not ask to be staff, or to have staff powers, If I want you to be a staff member, then I will come to you.
• Respect your fellow RPers, and most of all your admins!
• You can dislike whom you wish, but don't OOC fight on the boards! If you must fight, do it somewhere else!
• Please join with the name of your character. It makes things easier.
• In order to make sure you've read the rules, we've hidden three code words somewhere within the Main Rules, Species Information, and Other creatures and companion animals threads. You will need all three to create your biography and get accepted.

Signatures and Images

• Please keep signatures to a size where it won't stretch the boards. [700px wide by 200px tall or smaller is preferred] If an admin tells you to re-size it, then please do, if you can't the admin will re-size it for you.
• Posting tables may be used, but they may NOT stretch the boards. Please keep them to 700 pixels wide or smaller. Thanks.
• You may draw your own character images, or use drawn images found on the web, but if they have copyrights on them, please leave them on! I do prefer if you'd use photo-manipulations though, as they are usually much more realistic, and customized to your character's specifics.
• Maximum avatar size is 220px wide by 350px tall. You can only achieve this size by uploading it via another image upload site. Photobucket is a good one. Proboards only loads images itself, up to 100x100px.

Characters

• You may have only ONE character for now.
  More characters may be allowed once we have more members.
• Character Names : Please try to have natural and unique sounding character names. Try not to have 'mary sue' names like Fang, or Claw. Nor names that would not match the medieval theme. Nobody back then was named Mercades or Lexis, nor were they named Novocaine or Oxycodone... Yes I've seen that...
• Don't make your character a 'perfect' character who have no faults and are just like every other Marry Sue and Garry Stu's out there. We love faults.
• You can't fall in love at first sight.

Posting

• Do nOT TyPe LYkE DiS wID DA MiSSpellings AnD dA StIcKy CaPs. iT iS AnnOYiNg To TRy tO ReAD. there is usually not a problem with that but if that's how you usually do it then don't do it!
  
  Please use spell check so that your posts are easier to read.
• We do ask that you stay active, and post at least three times a week, if not more.
• No shortenings (things like u r 2 or kewl) In IC, in OOC its fine.
• Cursing is allowed, just be reasonable with it. Don't do it all the time, or you will be warned.
• Graphic scenes are allowed. Sexual content and fighting, just try to do them in the proper places. Please don't go overboard with 'adult' scenes. Adult scenes are to be posted ONLY in the "Red Light District" board. Note that all threads in this board will be wiped out monthly. Graphic fighting can be done anywhere. Blood and gore is fine.
• You cannot kill someone else's character without permission from that person-. However, if you break any of the rules with your character, I [the admin] can kill off your character and ban you from the forum.
• The admin will accept you after you post your bio. Do not post elsewhere until you've been accepted.
• DO NOT - DO NOT - DO NOT post unfinished bios! I cannot stress that enough. Most people forget to finish them once they are posted. Do not post bios unfinished. Save them and work on them in microsoft note pad or word pad if you have to. (Codeword:We)(I'm not sure what mac has to offer for this.)
• No Godmoding/Power playing.
  This means no saying Tom bit Zack.
  
  If you do fight, you will get hurt, you will probably bleed, and you just might die.

  EX: Got permission for this.]
  
• You have 10 days to post a bio after joining. If you do not, I will mark the account as being inactive, and it will be deleted.
• No one-liners! Every post on this site should be at least two paragraphs long, that isn't asking a lot of you, really.
• Please respond to activity checks when they are posted. Otherwise your account may end up being deleted.
